CTDI is SEC Accredited as a Training Provider on Corporate Governance

 

 

Center for Training and Development, Inc., an affiliate of RSBA is accredited by the Commission as a Training Provider on Corporate Governance, subject to the requirements set forth in SEC Memorandum Circular No. 11, Series of 2012.

Recently, SEC issued Memorandum Circular No. 2-Series of 2015, which states the additional guidelines on Corporate Governance Training.
